Refund and Returns Policy

At My Crumby World, we want you to feel confident and cared for when you shop with us. Whether you are purchasing digital downloads, activity kits, or other products, we aim to provide high-quality resources that support family connection and fun.

Digital Products

Because our products are primarily digital downloads (such as activity kits, printables, and guides), all sales are generally considered final. Once files are delivered, they cannot be “returned.”

However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase:

  • If you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us. We will work with you to make sure you receive the product you paid for.

  • If you believe you received the wrong file or a corrupted file, we will provide a corrected version.

Physical Products

If you purchase a physical item through our shop:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we made an error.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order once your return has been processed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Gift cards or promotional codes

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
